get involved with wausau events

We are a separate 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization from builds relationships with local partners and businesses. We cannot do these events without our sponsors and the support of businesses like yours. 

Each event and sponsorship is unique, and we are looking forward to discussing them with you!

Applications for our 2026 events are now open for vendors! All applications must be submitted by February 1, 2026 to be considered for the season.

You must include your certificate of insurance AND electrical form to be fully considered.

Volunteers are the heart of our organization, and we couldn't put on the events without YOU! 

Areas of volunteer needs include:

-ticket sales at events

-Soda & beer sales

-bartending

-set up & clean up
