For over 30 years, Wausau Events has been running events in the Greater Wausau Area - from large-scale community events, to weekly concert series and smaller events for the children of Wausau.
We are a standalone 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization, and work to secure all funding for our events through donations, sponsorships and participation of area municipalities.
Wausau Events is dedicated to creating community through events here in the Greater Wausau Area.
Wausau Events has a Board of Directors (15) that make decisions for the organization. The staff includes our Executive Director and Events Assistant.

Our executive director is a full time staff member focused on all aspects of event planning, logistics, and day-of execution. Brooklyn has previously worked with Wausau Events as the Events Assistant for three years, and is looking forward to a fourth as executive director!
