For over 30 years, Wausau Events has been running events in the Greater Wausau Area - from large-scale community events, to weekly concert series and smaller events for kids.
We are a separate 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization from the City of Wausau, and work to secure all funding for our events through donations and sponsorships.
Wausau Events is dedicated to creating community through events here in the Greater Wausau Area.
Wausau Events has a Board of Directors (15) that make decisions for the organization. The staff includes our Executive Director and Summer Assistant.

Ali is our current Executive Director, who will be leaving the organization at the end of January. She has spent almost five years with the organization, leading all aspects of the events and running the behind the scenes details.

Brooklyn is part of our team as a year-round staff member, focusing on volunteer engagement & event assistance. She's currently attending UW-Milwaukee during the school year and spends her summers here running events.
