Volunteer
Wausau Events welcomes all volunteers to help put on our events! It takes hundreds of volunteer hours to put on our events and we could not do it without our volunteers. To volunteer, please fill out the form below and return to Wausau Events.
Areas of volunteer needs:
- Soda Sales (Sconnie Sampler, Fireworks Family Fest)
- Ticket Sales (Blues Fest, Sconnie Sampler)
- Set-Up (All Events)
- Clean Up (All Events)

FOOD VENDORS:
2025 Food Vendor Applications will open in November 2024!
BAND APPLICATIONS 2025:
Craft and Activity vendors are allowed at a few of our events throughout the year. Please see the attached 2023 application.
ELECTRICITY AT EVENTS
Each Vendor is required to complete the electrical form, regardless of electrical needs. Please send completed form with your application.
Insurance
All vendors are required to have updated insurance on file with Wausau Events. Please use the below form for reference on requirements.
